{"id":9705,"date":"2026-08-18T11:51:25","date_gmt":"2026-08-18T09:51:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hermesmalta.com\/move-on-2027-tender-relaunched-mobility-activities-sicily\/"},"modified":"2026-08-18T11:51:25","modified_gmt":"2026-08-18T09:51:25","slug":"move-on-2027-tender-relaunched-mobility-activities-sicily","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hermesmalta.com\/en\/move-on-2027-tender-relaunched-mobility-activities-sicily\/","title":{"rendered":"MOVE ON 2027: tender relaunched for the organisation of mobility activities in Sicily"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>HERMES CORPORATION LTD, partner of the project <strong>&laquo;MOVE ON 2027 &ndash; Qualification and Mobility of Human Capital in the Italy&ndash;Malta Cross-Border Area&raquo;<\/strong> (C1-1.2-58), co-financed by the <strong>INTERREG VI-A Italy-Malta 2021-2027 Programme<\/strong>, has relaunched the selection procedure for the provision of services related to the organisation and management of mobility activities in Sicily.<\/p>\n<p>This tender is a <strong>re-issue<\/strong> of the procurement procedure originally published on <strong>4 May 2026<\/strong>, following the withdrawal of the previously selected contractor.<\/p>\n<h3>Scope of Services<\/h3>\n<p>The contract concerns the organisation and coordination of mobility activities for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>15 Maltese young participants<\/strong>, for a period of <strong>5 to 7 days<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>5 Maltese employed participants<\/strong>, for a period of <strong>3 to 5 days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The selected service provider will be responsible for managing and delivering all logistical arrangements, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>return flights between Malta and Palermo;<\/li>\n<li>local transfers;<\/li>\n<li>accommodation in single rooms;<\/li>\n<li>full board;<\/li>\n<li>insurance coverage;<\/li>\n<li>on-site assistance throughout the mobility period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Budget and deadline<\/h3>\n<p>The maximum budget available for this service is <strong>&euro; 32,500.00 (VAT included)<\/strong>. Any offer exceeding this amount will be considered inadmissible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Offers must be submitted no later than 20 August 2026 at 15:00 (CET)<\/strong> to the following e-mail address: <a href=\"mailto:info@hermesmalta.com\">info@hermesmalta.com<\/a>.
