HERMES CORPORATION LTD, partner of the project «MOVE ON 2027 – Qualification and Mobility of Human Capital in the Italy–Malta Cross-Border Area» (C1-1.2-58), co-financed by the INTERREG VI-A Italy-Malta 2021-2027 Programme, has relaunched the selection procedure for the provision of services related to the organisation and management of mobility activities in Sicily.
This tender is a re-issue of the procurement procedure originally published on 4 May 2026, following the withdrawal of the previously selected contractor.
Scope of Services
The contract concerns the organisation and coordination of mobility activities for:
- 15 Maltese young participants, for a period of 5 to 7 days;
- 5 Maltese employed participants, for a period of 3 to 5 days.
The selected service provider will be responsible for managing and delivering all logistical arrangements, including:
- return flights between Malta and Palermo;
- local transfers;
- accommodation in single rooms;
- full board;
- insurance coverage;
- on-site assistance throughout the mobility period.
Budget and deadline
The maximum budget available for this service is € 32,500.00 (VAT included). Any offer exceeding this amount will be considered inadmissible.
